Our Mission

Justin is a second-time entrepreneur, bringing together his passions for space, national security, data science, and finance to InsightOrca. He has been a Subject Matter Expert in space for over 15 years (Quilty Space), and an M&A and equity financing practitioner for 20+ years (Raymond James).

Justin is energized by the chance to contribute to the next chapter of human activity in space while strengthening the U.S. space industrial base.

Chris is President & Co-founder of Quilty Space, a boutique delivering research and advisory for the space industrial base, as well as a key advisor to InsightOrca. Prior to launching Quilty Space, he was a senior research analyst covering the satellite sector at Raymond James for nearly 20 years.

Chris is a Subject Matter Expert across all verticals of the space ecosystem, including national security space, manufacturing and launch, satcom, earth observation, and novel space activities. Chris received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1989 and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1994.

As a Data Scientist & Backend Lead for InsightOrca, Marisol has the privilege of architecting and developing backend infrastructure from inception. In addition, she focuses on building APIs, data pipelines, and services through test-driven development such that they can scale seamlessly as the product evolves.

Raven is a Data Scientist & Frontend UI/UX Lead at InsightOrca, owning end-to-end technical and creative workflows for the product. Two years after becoming the first New Mexican in the Brooke Owens Fellowship, Raven was named a 'Rising Star' by Via Satellite for co-developing the prototype that inspired InsightOrca.

Raven previously worked at consulting firms Quilty Space and Avascent (Oliver Wyman) and was a two-time Local Lead of Albuquerque for the NASA International Space Apps Challenge (the world's largest annual hackathon).

Amaan is a frontend engineer with experience in building clean, user-focused web interfaces and applications. At InsightOrca, he contributes to frontend development that support data-driven insights.

Rakshitha is a Backend Developer at InsightOrca, ensuring clean, reliable systems that can scale with purpose across mobile and backend applications. As a Swift enthusiast and Pythonista, he has had numerous experiences as a Lead iOS Developer and Python backend engineer.

Tim is a Frontend Data Analyst developing and improving data pipelines and models at InsightOrca. He holds an M.S. in Data Sciences and Applications from the University at Buffalo.

Dennis is a Marketing Analyst at InsightOrca focusing on lead generation activities to ensure a message and market fit. With experience in business data analytics and client-facing, roles he has the unique opportunity to make an impact in the expanding Space industry.

Hang is an entrepreneur, strategy professional, and startup advisor. In 2018, she co-founded Leadovate, an interactive SaaS platform for college that was admitted to the MassChallenge 2019 cohort and successfully exited in 2020.

Hang brings a background in strategy, consulting, and finance, with experience at EY-Parthenon and Marcum, where she advised early-stage to large industrials on strategy. She holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Liberty University, and is a CPA.
